Scenic and Tight.

What a great inland course. Some great holes, the 2nd Dog Leg. The 4 th Blind. the 7th is stunning. the 11th over the water. I could go on and on. If you ever get the chance then this has to be a 100% goer. Fantastic hospitality also from the pro shop. Great bunch of guys. Overall this was an amazing day. A must do if in Tayside.

Downfield Golf club is a good test of golf for anyone. The course is very scenic with beatiful tree lined fairways certantly recommend a visit.

A parkland course with every fairway lined by trees. Course was in excellent condition and has several tricky holes that dog leg.

The course was in great nick. Greens very fast and true. A stiff test from the yellow tees, where a number of par 5's from the white tees revert to very very long par 4's. A big test of golf in a stiff wind.

Great scenery, good layout, greens excellent, lots of bare patches on fairways,lots of areas which should be repaired or marked ground under repair, no point of having rakes in bunkers as nobody seems to use them(greenkeepers included), certainly not worth the money as far as i am concerned. Mike
