Cardigan Golf Club
Only 400 yards from the hotel, the club celebrated its centenary in 1995 and has evolved into a fine championship course measuring 6,687 yards. A testament to its current standing is that it has hosted recent Welsh Golfing Union championships as well as international matches. Amongst its most notable features are the outstanding views from every part of the course; Cardigan Bay, The Preselli Hills in the distance and on a clear day Bardsey Island and The Lleyn Peninsula. Whilst it is a mixture of links and meadowland, it has exceptional drainage abilities and is playable all year round.Contact Information

fantastic views but on the day we played the greens were poor. The facillities were good but poorly marked out. Staff really friendly and I would play this course again.

Great greens and wonderful views but the course is overrated. No real iconic holes.

This 18-hole links golf course situated on the Ceredigion coastline enjoys some of the finest views in Wales.
With fast, undulating greens and sloping fairways, every hole on this golf course is to be respected. A lapse in concentration will be severely punished by treacherous rough and deep bunkers.
The quality of the greens and fairways made this scenic golf course a pleasure to play, and its warm and welcoming clubhouse coupled with the high quality practice facilities made for a very enjoyable days golf. The Course

A superb cliff-top/links style course with greens to die for, some as much as 50 yards deep. It is a little exposed though and the wind can wreck your card on any hole.
A very enjoyable round of golf was had since the weather was kind and the views of Cardigan Bay/Teiffi Estuary were quite superb.
I can't recommend this course too strongly. The Course

Played the course on Saturday 11th October in the Rain
This course is amazing and one of the best I've played with view's of Cardigan bay, Island and the Estury from every hole, the best view coming from the Tee at 11th.
The green's were in brilliant condition and the whole course very well kept. For me the best holes on the course were the 11th for the view and the par 3 16th.
Highly recommended and I will definately play this course again ( even though it cost me £35 ! )The Course

Superb cliff top/links course, the greens were in fantastic condition, some of them being very large (50yrds deep!!) and some cracking holes.
Highly recommended.The Course
