Good condition and a fair test of golf for the average player. Would recommend for someone getting into golf and looking for a relatively inexpensive option.

Excellent test of golf, tricky greens and many holes are tree lined, greens and fairways in great condition.(Round played: May 2018 - Score: 75 Handicap: 12.1)

We had a lot of fun. At first looks fairly easy but there are some tricky holes like the stretch round 11 12 13 can test your game. Greens are a bit behind where they should be but that's just down to poor weather. Highly recommended though.
