Given the recent rains the course was in excellent condition.

Not the most challenging course or the best course but a very enjoyable course. Quite open but interesting and not as flat as you might expect.

Fairways were little rough but the greens were very good, hence good over all. Good weather helps!

Played two rounds this weekend as part of a golfbreaks.com package which was fantastic value for money. The course was in amazing condition considering it has not rained to any great extent since Easter. The fairways and greens were perfect so hats off to the groundsmen. Unlike the reviewer above I thought the course was quite forgiving. The fairways are very wide giving you a good chance of hitting it. As a group we play off handicaps between 15 - 28+ and did not lose many balls in the rough.
The only thing to let this course down is the Swing & Divot Bar where service was a bit slow but more importantly the prices were outrageous for very average food - £3.80 for a bacon bap that probably cost about 50p to produce. Drinks also very expensive. Also, a bit cheeky to ask £3 for a course map when a simple one could be printed on the back of the scorecard but quite a few courses seem to do this now.

I played this course a while ago and found the front nine quite challenging. I loved the back nine and found the greens very good and consistant. I do like this course and would consider playing again.

Great course with great conditons. The greens and bunkers are the well kept and enjoyable to play with (maybe the bunkers are not so enjoyable!). Its a course you need to play several times to get a good score. I like this course because of it's lakes and because it is a nice place to be.

Challenging but comfortable course that gets easier as you get to know it. Holes 3, 8, 11, 15, and 18 are all both well kept and enjoyable, with greens, fairways, rough and bunkers all in good condition. Par 36 out is far tougher than 34 in, but I would have to say the back is more enjoyable.

A course which needs to be played a few times, to learn the green and pins. Espically as a couple of the hole have blind 2 shots into the greens.
A well kept course.
Good value when playing 2 fore 1 mon -fri
