Great Course. well worth a trip.

This is a great course which is at the back of Dundee. Quite up and down for the first 4 holes, however after that its flat enough not to take the breath away unlike the 3rd. lol. Several holes you are hitting blind so aim for the markers. The rough is not to be tampered with. Overall very enjoyable and worth a trip if you are in the area. Made to feel very welcome and a friendly atmosphere.

Golf Outing

We had a golf outing here for 16 players and we cannot fault the course or the hospitality we received. The catering afterwards was also first class.
Would recommend for another golf outing.

Beautiful Course

Played this for the first time. First 4 or 5 holes are very up and down. The 3rd is like Cardiac Hill. However, after that what a great course. Some great blind holes where you are aiming for the marker poles as there are some very long Par 4s. Fantastic finishing hole. Please give it a try, you will not be disappointed.

My dad and I played Ballumbie castle golf club on Friday the 1st of august 2013 on a warm sunny day. the course was in good condition and the greens were running fast and true the course starts with a dogleg left around the driving range which was followed by 2 more par 4s then a downhill par 3. The par 4 5th is a good hole with a pond on the left in range of all golfers. the next four holes are straightforward. The 10th is a delightful short par 4 with water punishing wayward shots. The 11th is a tough par three that needs a solid strike with long iron or hybrid to avoid water on the left. the green provides its own challenge as the green is large and has many undulations. the last seven holes are holes where accuracy is a must. Over all a very good day and at a good price of £29 for two ( including a bacon roll and a cup of tea)

Great Course.

Great Course situated just outside Dundee. Some great holes that are fairly wide so you can give the driver a good bash. Couple of blind holes where placing is quite crucial for your second shot. Great driving range that is highly fenced off running alongside the 1st hole. Give it a try and I think you will enjoy the variety of the holes.
