According to the American TV pundit Bob Bubker the easiest way to correct the annoying left to right golf shot is to set yourself up aiming right ? I didnt believe it until I tried this system at my driving range and what happens is you automatically correct yourself and the ball travels with more accuracy more consistently...what you got to loose ? try it you may see a improvement

I did try that method along with tying my shoelaces together, standing on one leg with my tongue stuck out etc. Mine just went further right...

Lessons and practicing the things my coach wanted me to do have all but cured mine. I get a high fade when I'm swinging nicely and a knobby slice when I try to batter it...

I agree practice makes for a better golfer .....anyone just starting out with the golf clubs should have a lesson especially if you are like i was starting the game in my thirties.

Reason aiming to the right work is that if your hitting left to right, the probability is you have an open body at stance and aiming to the right while mentaly hitting towards to target will close it up.   I had the same issue, but had a lesson this week going through body alignment
