Looking for a Society/Club to play our team

Posted by: user266363 | Mon 28th Nov 2011 22:20 | Last Reply

Hi,

We are looking for a Society or Golf Club of 12 or more players to play us in a Ryder Cup Style competition in the spring of 2012.

I am currently running a Golf League for individuals at Skelton Park Golf Course in York. The top 12 in our league qualify for our team. Our handicaps span the full range from scratch (only 1 golfer) to 28.

The event will take place over 2 days on a weekend (saturday/sunday).

If you run or are part of a society that may be interested then please reply and i will give you more information. If you are interested and live in a different part of the country then we can help you arrange a B&B or hotel in York for your society/club. This will be a great weekend of golf and the odd pint or 3.

Please get in touch for more info. Visit www.yorkgolfleague.co.uk for more info on our league and click on the winter league section.

Regards - Martin Alderson-Crombie

Check out www.tgatour.co.uk as well. Sure Christian would look at fixing a game up
