Just had a look and all mine are either 15 or 16 deg - apart from maybe the Tom Watson wooden wood.  Appear to have inherited 5 of them for some reason.  Sorry David

David,

I own a custom painted Adams Golf GT Tight lies 13 degrees fitted to a heavily tipped (as new) UST Proforce V2 LD-1.

I wasn't thinking of selling it but am open to an offer. You are likely  better off buying new as mine has a £100. shaft fitted.

A bit to funky for my taste Ivan, I've just had someone come good with a cleveland launcher 13* head , you wouldn't happen to have a pulled x flex shaft Knocking about?

Dave,

I change wood head colours almost as often as I change my underwear. But I only spray my own equipment. It's not a service which I advertise as such. Too time consuming.

If you use an 'X' shaft in your driver then generally speaking you need either a XX or XXX shaft in your three wood. Alternatively tip crop an 'X' shaft by around one inch.  If you bought a three wood off the shelf with the same shaft label as its driver counterpart it would not play the same as usually it will have been tip cropped. Joe golfer possibly believes that it is stiffer because it is shorter, but butt cropping does not markedly change stiffness.

I give all pulled shafts back to customers, even if I know that they intend binning them. Otherwise my occasional unbalanced customer would  suspect all manner of things.

I can let you have a £160. T3 (suitable for a 3 wood) for £70. plus postage if you write a review for it on Golfshake. An honest review, good, bad, or indifferent.

Almost certainly such will still be too expensive for you, but it's the best I can do. Sorry.

Hi Dave. I use a MD Golf Superstrong brassie. Technically it's a 13 degree 2 wood but looks and hits like a 3 wood. It's a fantastic club and all the reviewers were raving about it when it was introduced.

You can get one brand new from ebay for £40.  When I saw what the price had dropped to I bought a spare just to keep for if anything happens to the one I'm using.

Thanks Ivan for the generous offer on the T3, I'll pass at the momment if you dont mind I do have a particular shaft I have in mind (Accra SC85 M5) which is familier to me.  I've allways played stronger flexs in my fairway woods and rescue to my driver which is sound advise for other readers to adopt.

Thanks Phil , I had been looking at the MD head as I do tend to like their products ,very underated company.

As a preference I would like a J33r Bridgestone ,but they were tour issue only. I have it in a 15*, also the Sonartec or Tour Exotics.
