This is only being trialled at present. We've done a lot of work on updating the help section but still find lots of people ignore or still have problems. Following a recent roll out of a new support system we have now incorporated the 'support' and 'knowledge base' option directly into the site. You should see a link on the left. This will get trialled and we will steadily update the knowledge base with frequently asked questions. |

Darren, Don't like the intrusive support tab on the left, it overlaps everything else & you end up scrolling up & down to read posts etc! |
