Support/Questions - shall I open the floodgates ? :)

This is only being trialled at present. 

We've done a lot of work on updating the help section but still find lots of people ignore or still have problems. 

Following a recent roll out of a new support system we have now incorporated the 'support' and 'knowledge base' option directly into the site.  You should see a link on the left.

This will get trialled and we will steadily update the knowledge base with frequently asked questions.

Don't like the intrusive support tab on the left, it overlaps everything else & you end up scrolling up & down to read posts etc!

Better on the right hand side ?
