Why isn't all my Group members showing on the Virtual Leaderboard?

Hi All...

I'm fairly new to the Golfshakes product and still finding my way around, I setup a group that I manage the scores for... I've entered details of rounds etc and had a look at the Virtual scoreboard for the group... one of the guys does not appear to be listed and I cannot fathom out why... any ideas please?

Hi Les, a somewhat belated reply ... I've seen a couple of reasons for this.

  • the Virtual Leaderboard is only rebuilt overnight, so that newly added Group members will not appear until the next day. (Similarly, any cards posted don't appear until the next day.)
  • If the User's profile is not Public they will not appear either. From the main Members list, if you are unable to click through and view a User's profile, they wont appear on the VLB.
