I've just paid my deposit for the North v South game.

Golfbreaks have told me I will have to pay the single supplement unless I can find somebody to share with.

So, does anybody want to share a room with me for this event?

I'm playing for the North but don't mind sharing with somebody who is playing for the other lot!

They must be a statistically unusual  solid heterosexual  group of guys Russ for you to issue such an invitation.  I do not even use the male changing room at my gym. as 75% of the country appear to be queer. Just to be on the safe side you could, for safety,  borrow my rubber diving suit to sleep in if you wish.  The flippers would of course not be needed and could hamper any necessary getaway. 

Read this quick before it's possibly removed as being offensively truthful. 

P.S. What exactly did you mean by "playing for the other lot?"

I think it's just his way of coming out of the closet.

What he should have said was that he used to be a right handed golfer, but now swings the other way

Reading the replies I thought I'd logged into a dating site      

My golfing partner says he would play (he'd be playing for the South!) so that would solve my room sharing problem.

The only thing now will be if he can get his name down to play for the South team.
