Disabled Golf Buggy Design

hi All,

I am a mechanical engineering student at Queens University Belfast, currently undertaking a Masters. As my final year project myself and 5 team mates are designing and building a golf buggy for disabled users. 

I was wondering if anybody currently uses a disabled golf buggy to play golf (such as the Paragolf) and what would you like to see improved, or what useful features would aid you when playing the game.

I once saw one on the golf channel( I think) use by a man who couldn't walk. the seat turned and came out to the side so that he could sit on it and play golf sat down . it worked well too.
