 Next Saturday sees the North West Golfshake Qualifer at Pryors Hayes Golf Course, registration will be open from 11am until 12noon prior to a 12.28 first tee slot. the groups are as follows

 G Keeley, K Livsey,M Davies

N Stott, J Granite, D Macdonald, A Gunigle

W Arands, J Murphy, D Morrison, G Mclean

Anyone who has a handicap that has not been varified on golfshake by Friday evening will need to produce a club cert no more than 3 months old on Saturday, failure to do so will result in no prizes or winning spots being awarded to that person.

 Groups are subject to change should anyone of the last remaining players not fully paid not do so between now and friday.

If anyone has any questions or needs to contact me you have my mobile number.

Cheers!!  

Shot 18 over today in 30mph winds over here in Blackpool. Was striking it ok until the wind took a few sideways.  

Overall it was quite encouraging 3 double bogeys and one triple when I drove OB - 32 points

Yeah know how you feel, I was only 2 over on the front 9 last time and blew up back 9 to finish 6 over overall.

Looking forward to Pryors Hayes I've heard some good reports about it.

Any news on yellow or white tees?  Some of those whites look LONG!  
 
By the way - never been involved in anything like this before - are you allowed to use a GPS - got Golfshot for my iPhone

spoke with the course re the yellow/whites and they are fine however i am under the impression that all the other qualifiers have been of the yellows so there are the ones we are going off! not sure on the gps, again the course have no issues so long as your phone is on silent! ive got the golfshot on my iphone seems to be the best of the lot i think!!

Spoke with darren regarding the whites/yellows and we have come to the conclusion that playing from comp tees will drastically alter the dynamics of a large majority of holes, so confirmation is here by given that we are going off the yellows!!

How I play and how I look are two completely different things Stew

Matt I just hope you don't get all worried on that first Tee when everyone is watching as we tee off first

Looking forward to this, as my first golfshake event.

Weather forecast is looking ok too.

I'm sure my arse cheeks will be flapping like a pair of budgies wings on the 1st tee though!
