Updates and fixes April 2007

The following updates and fixes have been applied :
- New and improved VLB (Virtual Leaderboard) live with removal of bogus rounds
- Registration updated to allow .info emails to be used
- Fixed issue on handicap report when displaying handicap graph
- Adding round scores get auto calculated on submit, fixes bug when focus not taken off 18th/9th score.
- Fixed viewing user graphs when not a member
- Fixed admin issue for group admins
- Fixed course maps displaying issue
- Fixed postal code search for UK courses
- Fixed course map display based on postal code search
