Was wondering, does it matter in which order you put your rounds in on golfshake. Would this have an effect on the adjustment of your hcp?

Yes. Add them in any order but once done go to
Tools > Handicap Tools > Recalculate Handicap and then submit that page this will recalculate in chronological order
