Gel putters?

Saw a putter today (Gel Opal) in one of those shops that occasionally sells things dirt cheap like Vokey wedges for £50.
It felt great during a few practice swings but does anyone use one/have experience of them. This place had some oddessey putters in last week for £65 all genuine gear there a high street retailer.

never heard of them...but if the putter works it's worth 4 times what you paid for it |

Did a bit of research on net this afternoon they get good reviews and retail for over a £100 may be worth a punt for £40. |
