I have recently been play nice consistant rounds with steady improvement .........well my last two rounds have been - 104 and 117 !!

Nothing has been working......I'm not too down heartened as I know the good play is in me - but it makes my 85's look impossible

I'm greedy and I'd like two 69's please, and is there any chance of this happening?

That's golf Lewis.  I shot a PB 83 the other week and generally shoot 88-92.  I've not shot sub-94 in 8 rounds.  Lost all my ryhthym and my putting has deserted me.  I know It'll come back in the end, but at the moment I'm throwing shots and balls away like there's no tomorrow.

Know the feeling Lewis,I didn't count the scores all the way round my last round after carding 59 at the halfway mark. At the moment I'm just hoping it was one of those days and I'll see how ti goes when I get to the range midweek.

Same here Lewis. PB of 76 a few weeks ago, now scoring in the high eighties and nineties, despite applying the same swing thoughts. When I scored the 76 I had warmed up fully before the round. Haven't done since and the scores have been high. There has to be something in pre-round practice...

Lewis, even the pros have mares of games, look at some of the big names who missed the cut at the Masters and the Players recently.

Just double check the basics, grip, stance, etc and ride the lull out.
