Just got confirmation from the course

first tee time is 11.32 and is provisionally booked for 40 players

Cost will be £32 which includes coffee/tea on arrival and a bacon roll, 18 holes and prizes afterwards

if anyone has any preference on who they want as a partner then please pm me with the request

also a £10 deposit per person will be required by sunday 11th july to confirm your place

i have moved everyone wanting to play in this event to the waiting list until i have recieved their deposit of £10

cash in person if you have the good fortune to meet me

these deposits will be non refundable once the game has been officially confirmed with the course

and the final balance will be payable on the day

hmmmm....... interesting! Is there any chance of just waiting until the day and coming along as I can never be sure what I'm doing workwise

Unfortunately jay it wouldnt be possible as we need to confirm exact numbers on the 11th july then we are tied to that amount of players  if we have any spaces left to fill a time slot then i will post but at the moment no deposit = no play

sorry for being a bit staright with this but i and many other organisers have had late drop-outs and this not only causes hassle for the organiser but can also place them out of pocket.
