Hello Rich...Welcome to Golfshake.

Good luck on 20th, hope the weather will be better by then for you.

If ever you need any advice, don't be afraid to ask, there is always somebody loitering around that will help. We are a friendly bunch on here, as you will find out when you enter some more events.

Obviously most  events take place when the warmer, more settled weather finally arrives. Hope you manage to achieve your goal, re handicap drop

Hi Rich and welcome to the nuthouse

Have you played Willow Valley before, it's a great course (pines) I used to play when I was employed in Low Moor (just round the corner).

Have a good day and get stuck in with the banter it's what the day is all about

Hi Rich

Welcome to the site.

As you may know, some of us CGL guys are having a pre-competition round at Willow Valley on the 8th Feb.  Just register your interest on the CGL site if you fancy it.

I live near Huddersfield and work in Leeds and occasionally play at City of Wakefield. Because of the kids I have to limit my golf at the weekends to the winter and Summer leagues, but when the mornings get a bit lighter I can occasionally get a round in before work.

Looking forward to meeting you on the course.

Steve

Good to have you on board Rich, see you at Willow Valley on the 20th.  Hopefully you'll enjoy the golf and the company, we're a pretty friendly bunch.
