I think the Travel Link should have it's own slot and not come under "News", If I was looking for deals within the site I wouldn't even think of clicking on News!!!!

News to me is what's coming out re gear, players etc.

I also think the travel link should contain offers re apartments (private or company), independent golf deals abroad, after all money saved is money saved!!!!!

He's just getting cheeky because I've just had 2 dropouts on the North team for the North vs South and James is the next player on the list

Great stuff, thanks Darren.  It's not often you see a mistake from northern legend Mr Santorini, so I thought I'd get my own back!

I notice he edited his post straight away though!

I'm happy to be corrected James, also noticed you got into the NvS, I did pay darren £20 to make sure you didn't but it obviously didn't work

Capital 'D' on Darren?, no better not mention that one.

Anyway Wayne, whatever you say, it will be an honour to be on the same winning team as yourself at the North versus South.  See you there!

Done properly this could be a highlight of the Sunday evening after dinner has been served.

Tee times in the order they are drawn, although this does take away the captains choice of order as to whether he attacks from the top, like David M did, or whether he decides on a strong tail end.

I agree John would be something to look forward to and likewise the site could be updated to inform those players just turning up on the day
