I have arranged for a group of lads from work we are of all standards from good to beginers a 3 night stay at the CS Sao Rafael hotel with 3 rounds of golf, 1 x Salgados 1x Almanos 1 x Morgado.

Anyone been here before..?? what was it like..??

I have not played Almanos but Salgados is not up to much, Morgado is one I like very much, very difficult to get to though unless they have improved the access.

John, Dave,

Thanks for your comments, looks like it's going to be one of those Marmite moments, you will either Love it or Hate it.

 Cheers Lads..!!

I was due to play on th30th Dec, but course was virtually under water...

However the price was amazing for the central Algarve, 70 Euro for 2 people with a buggy :-

Nathan this will be my 8th Year there and at the same time, the Algarve always gets a lot of rain over the winter but by the end of January it has stopped, one of the reasons I pick the 1st week of Feb to go.

Weather is warm enough for shorts and just golf shirts..........OH HAPPY DAYS
