Let's us know which golf format you prefer or would like to play, you never know we may organise some Golfshake events around them.

Have voted for singles matchplay, although I've not played most of the others (Darren - what's Golf Mission?)

Here's a quick run-down of golf mission.

It looks quite good but I'm not sure it can beat the excitement of matchplay.

They all have their time and place, it just seems to me that the only format played these days is the dreaded Stableford, as it does nothing to focus the mind by being able to win with only 15/16 good holes.
The poll only allows one choice so I have not made one, because I like a few formats, medal play obviously as that is the only true test of ones abilities, Foursomes was one of my favourites when I could play the game, but now would rather play greensomes so that I can borrow my partners length.
Texas scramble is always fun but only if you can pick your own team.

Maybe that should be a poll. How should the polls work, multiple options etc etc ?

Darren, a poll is usually meant to give voters a choice of opposing views, but the poll you have put up is one that gives choices of which all of them would be the real choice.

Does your wife know this is the sort of thing you get up to on the golf course?
I like more than one format, so can't just vote for one either...i agree with JP, they all have their place. Tomorrow for instance i'll be playing ICE golf. I'm hoping for amazingly long drives!
