One of the real secrets of golf (if not its main secret) is to have the clubhead lagging behind all the pressure points of the power package through impact. This alignment develops points of pressure. Also notice that all golf clubs are designed with angles for impact alignments - not for address alignments |

I suppose a flat bottom club where there is no discernable gap between the flange and the turf. |

There should be a little gap in the longer Irons Pat due to the way the shaft flexes, have them checked mate to ensure it's not too much. Only costs £3 a club and includes the lofts too |
