Hope you all have a great day, that the weather is kind to you and that the best man wins.

What have I learned from this competition? Don't play a qualifier at a course that is way to long for my abilities.

I should have stayed in bed

Lets just say that my group had the whole range of scores from the very highest (Lionel) to (almost) the very lowest (yours truely) and that I should have just emptied a dozen balls in the rough/pond/trees/bullrushes before we started.

I was a great day as always and despite playing like a complete ejit I had a ball.

Thanks Darren and all the other organisers for making it a great day.

Really. I should have stayed in bed!

Just to satisfy your curiosity, before Darren publisher the full list.

Lionel Roberts and myself tied for 1st place on 33 pts, with Lionel taking top spot on countback.

Congratulations to Lionel, and all the other GolfShakers for a great turnout.  And many thanks to Darren and the team for a wonderful event.

Well done everyone.
