How did people qualify for a reserve spot?

The South East at a higher attendance and minor rules issue so 5 people have qualified.

All other events had the rules made clear before the events so stuck with the 4 qualifiers, we are therefore reserving the right to increase the qualifiers from each region to 5 and thus the next placed person will go through.

For example at the Yorkshire, 22 competed, of which 18 were in the high handicap but given only 20 competitors only the 1st spots from both categories were guaranteed a place. Therefore once all events are complete we will review the placings and may offer another place to the 2nd placed person in the high handicap group given this.

Obviously as you will appreciate running an event online through a community, whilst the rules can be in place, cannot be an exact science so does need to be some level of adjustment but not at the detriment of making the competition pointless. People still need to compete and finish with the top spots.
