Warning: Golfpunk magazine are thieves

Subscribed to their magazine via the web site 4 weeks ago. They have taken my credit card payment but have not yet sent
(1) any email confirmation
(2) any magazine
(3) any of the golf balls included with the subscription
Tried to contact them several times by phone and email but no-one has responded.
They have stolen £35 from me.

I subscribed in August last year.. As part of the deal I got 11 copies of Golfpunk, and a puma belt and a dozen balls for around 42 quid..
To date, I have only received 3 copies of the magazine and haven't received the belt or balls. Everytime I send an email to the address provided on the Golfpunk website I never get a reply.. I'm considering taking a trip to Golfpunk towers..

Simple really, take them to the small claims court.
When they get a letter from the courts they will soon sort out your problems!

Surely just getting a refund from your CC company would be easiest!
All the other advice may make you feel good but will prob be ignored by them.

12 months wait is a load of rubbish. I have had many instances where I have requested the transaction is reversed and my Card company does this in a matter of weeks. After all is said and done. They are able to stop the Merchant account of Golf Punk if they so wish and I doubt they would want that.

Your Card compny does not know the meaning of customer service and I would be rather aggressive to them in demanding that you are claiming back money for goods not received. October 2008 is a long while ago. I am surprised that you have not persisted in doing something about it. I most certainly would. I would also withold the amount you are owed from your Card company each month after telling them that you are doing so. Any amount under dispute cannot have interest put against it.
They are fobbing you off in my opinion.
