Stableford countback

We have now updated the competition facility to take into account countback calculations should players have equal points in a stableford competition.

This is based on the following :

In the event of a tie for first place, the qualifying team will be selected on the basis of a countback (back nine holes, back six holes, back three holes, back one hole, front nine holes, front six holes, front three, front one - as per the card of the course, not the order in which they might have been played).
