Site updates and fixes

Hi, I have updated the site with a number of minor enhancements and bug fixes this evening.

Society admin menu updated to oinclude Society admin rather than edit Society

Option added to allow manually recalculation of society leadeboard (resolved previous bug)

Fix in place with some leaderboards missing users when new competition complete

Fix in place when deleting competitions

Competitions renamed on navigation bar to 'Events' inline with main home page

Deleted public competitions were showing still

Events displayed on home page now include Event title

Fixed, photo deleted if exists and profile updated again

Courses reviews on home page now include location

Updates to non members section to allow courses and user information to be displayed

Member home page tweaked
