Bloody hell, this was oversubscribed two days ago!  Amazing how a little bit of snow can sort the men from the boys!

John, they had a frost on Tuesday night but by 10am they were on full greens.

As at yesterday full greens and no buggy or trolley bans.

Al, will let you know.

Regards, Darren.

There are 24 confirmed spots and 24 golfers.  We have an additional 4 spots which can be filled or not, I will be confirming whether we need an additional tee time with the course at 5pm today.

Decent course, back 9 a little better than the front IMO.  Shame i'm too rubbish to have got the best out of it.

Yes there is water on the course John, and the lost balls in water count for me was ....... 0.  Hard to believe, I know.  Doesn't mean I didn't lose any....

How did you all get on??

Shame I couldn't be there as I was busily starting the winter league at my club, which is very competitive, in freezing cold windy conditions!

Is this a first Chris?? You had better watch it or you'll lose your sponsorship from Lakeballs.com!!

Love Santo's modesty.  He scored 37 points and beat me by two.  I've just done a mental count back on my score and managed to get round with 23 putts - single putted 11 and 2 putted 6 and one in from off the green - really pleased with that but shows the rest of my round probably wasn't that good....

If i had not told him that he had 21 points on the front nine, he would have finshed with 40 plus points. Just as well i told him to make his score more realistic.

Actually, well played Wayne, could not handle two bandits in the same group. At least i have a chance against you for longest drive comps if nothing else!

Yes, the "Race to Northampton" is coming to a conclusion and things are to get very interesting. Maybe will turn out to be a putt holed or missed on the 18th at the death that decides the winner.

All exciting stuff !!

There are some Jacki, Sandra and Lorna to name a couple but I think work committments keep them away from the normal hours so they don't post often.

And he was taking the kids to see High School Musical 3 on Friday afternoon last week until I asked him if he fancied a game of golf so his missus took them instead.  I bet he sneaks off to see it on his own now because he wants to see how the cliffhanger from the second one pans out.

He's a REAL man that Floody bloke

Why would I base myself on an ancient country that was at war with the Greeks?  Only Troy I know.  Me thinks someone knows a little too much about Disney films aimed at pre-teen girls.......

Was there a cliffhanger at the end of two?  I haven't seen any of them.  I have seen most of the Disney films though as the little lady is a huge Disney fan and has most of them on DVD.  Even she hasn't watched any of the High School Musical films.  Since they're not animated with talking animals and she's not a pre-teen girl they're not her demographic.  Why do you like them again John?

No moonwalking down the fairway John, your spikes will rip up the turf.......

I like them because they have a meaningful storyline, good actors, well choregraphed dance routines & catchy songs. There I've said it, I've outed myself!!!
