Hi, I own two private villas with private pools on the premium Polaris Elle Valle golf resort. Both villas can sleep up to 8 and are golf facing. Elle Valle is a par 71 course designed by Nicklaus Design and is part of the 4 current Polaris courses which you also have access to. More details on villas can be found here but booking direct is of course cheaper! http://www.sunandsnowinspain.com/property.php?artists_id=205 http://www.s

I'll be there in a few weeks actually - is it any good? Didn't look that great (golf course in a big estate) if I am honest (sorry!)

There are 4 active Polaris courses at the moment. Elle Valle is the least populated site in terms of property density and I would of course suggest that it is a good course. Yes it is set within properties but is in superb condition and offers some excellent challenges in my view. The views to the Mar Menor from the exclusive club house are superb. I had the fortune to meet the great man Jack Nicklaus at the Open and he described all his course designs as being challenging and interesting for the good amateur golfer, I believe Elle Valle is spot on for that. You can give us your review soon. Enjoy! |

Yeah - I am playing at 3 of them. I thought Jack only designed the first one? Is there anything to do at night?

No - all are Nickalus design with a further 3 in development. Which resort are you staying on? La Torre - largest with most "going on" Mar Menor - First one - bars, hotel, restuarants Elle Valle - quietest - nice club house, veranda, small restaurants, bars. Hacienda Riquelme - newest |

hiya i have a group of us (about 12 at the moment). The chaps are keen for morning golf and the other halves and kids are keen for the sun and fun! Are the green fees somehow included in the rental cost?? If not how much are the local green fees please? Many thanks James |
