hi, does anyone know why 9 hole rounds are not included in handicap ratings?? ta |

Because 9 holes does not give a true reflection of your capabilities. Golf is designed to be played over 18 holes...You could have a magnificent front 9, then blow it all on the back 9. |

I think Darren has included a 9 hole option on the round entry page now, but as David says, a round is 18 holes, and those 9 holes you aren't playing could be the difference between losing a shot or two off your Hcap, or carding an "NR" to go up 0.1. |
