How long does it take for the Membership Welcome Pack to arrive?  I renewed my Subscription (upgrading to Platinum) on July 18th but haven't seen anything as yet!!

 

Should I be doing anything to obtain this?

Should I be chasing this with anyone? Is Yes - Who?

The Information Page may explain the lack of a pack.

I've only just added my 3rd Handicap Round. 

I'll await my pack through the post.
