Hi,

I finally went for a fitting on Thursday for my new clubs.

The option was to change the shafts but I got a great deal.

I traded my TM R7XD for the r7 CGB MAX. I felt the difference straight away. The shaft is steel and about an inch shorter. I went to the range and had such a good consistency in connecting the ball.

My swing speed is about 91 and for my driver it's 105.

I exchanged my R7 Draw 460 driver for the Taylor Made R7 CGB Max Driver. Where as my old driver the ball was always fading, the new one is fantastic. The balls were going straight.

I suppose I will see how I progress after few rounds.

Hi Jagdeep,

Glad you got it sorted. It jusrt goes to show that getting fitted for your clubs is always a good idea.

Good luck

Hey all.
OMG OMG,

Two things.... I bought the sky caddie which I personaly think is great as I am really bad in judging distance to the green.

I am a photographer and whilst out on a shoot two weeks ago I twisted my ankle really bad. I had just bought my new clubs and was hoping to have a round with them during the week.

Anyway I am kind of better now. I went and played a round the other day........My driving was wow....the farthest drive I hit was 244 yards and average was about 200-220.

My irons were fantastic. I hit 90 my lowest ever and I was not 100 percent. Bear in mind I had three penalty shots too.

I dropped my score by 6 strokes........

All I can say is I am going to enjoy playing more often.

Can anyone point me to the right direction for getting the line right.......setup etc.....
