Posted by: user98492 | Sun 8th Jun 2008 17:38 | Last Reply

Hey, my and a playing buddy have just joined the site however our handicaps are totally different even though we have pretty much the same score.  Mine is 28, his is 36.  Any ideas as to why?

Alternatively, if your mate has classed himself as a junior, then he is eligible get a 36 handicap

Yep, there is also a beginners option included for some societies that allows handicaps to 36. Juniors are 56.
