Hi Demo, just a quick to e-mail you to keep you up to date with what is happening at www.golfscoretracker.co.uk ;and let you know the situation with the Premium account and why it has been introduced.

I have been developing the site as a hobby over the last few years with the aim of helping my golf game and offering a valuable service to other golfers. As the site gains in popularity, gets more users and introduces more features it is inevitable that the load on the servers increases which results in greater running costs.

Therefore I have introduced a premium service for a small fee but please understand I am fully committed to offering a free service and have no intention of taking away the current site. The plan will be to run the 2 services together but offer more features for the premium account.

The premium account is now finalised and I have integrated paypal payments to handle transactions for the premium service. The cost of this will be �5 (around �8 or $9) for a years subscription for existing members who register before 16th April 2005. Any existing accounts whos Premium trial expires before 20th March 2005 have now been extended until this date.
