FREE trip for the Winner of The Winter Tour

I previously put a post on here regarding the Winter Tour we are holding for The Par-Tee Golf Society. All are welcome to take part in any event. If you can only make 1 or 2 of the dates there are still fantastic prizes available for each event. A NEW PRIZE HAS BEEN ADDED FOR THE WINNER. WE PLAN TO HOLD AN END OF TOUR TRIP TO NORTH SHORE GOLF CLUB & HOTEL IN SKEGNESS AND THE WINNER OF THE TOUR GOES FOR FREE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Here is the format of the tour

The Tour

� The tour will take place during the Autumn/Winter months & early spring. We are looking at starting on Saturday 20th October at Mid-Yorkshire. This will be in the afternoon.

� The tour will consist of 12 events (weather permitting)

� Each event will hold ranking points (see ranking points) for just attending, plus positional ranking points etc that will go towards finding the overall tour champion.

� You can attend as many events as you want to because each event holds excellent prizes so if you can only attend 1 or 2 then you can still win some wonderful prizes.

Ranking Points

1 Point for each event you attend. If you attend all 12 you will get all 12 points.

3 Points for the nearest the pin winner at each event.

5 Points for any gross 2's on any hole.

In addition the top 10 places on each event will be awarded these ranking points......

10th 2 Points

9th 3 Ponits

8th 4 Points

7th 5 Points

6th 6 Points

5th 7 Points

4th 8 Points

3rd 9 Points

2nd 10 Points

1st 15 Points

Please note though: You can only score these top 10 place ranking points on 7 out of 12 events. If you play in 7 or more events we will count your best 7 place finish's (this means if you only take part in 7 events then you can still get a high finish on the tour or even win it). All other ranking points are available for all 12 events.

The Courses

� Some of the courses are to be finalised but the courses we are looking at are Mid-Yorkshire, Rudding Park, Heworth, Swallow Hall, Scalm Park, and Aldwalk Manor. KP Club, Sandburn Hall, Kingswood. Please note that some course will hold 2 events.

Cost

� We aim to keep the cost as low as possible. They will range between �30 - �40 per event. For this you will get everything in the price, food, 18 holes of golf, prizes, banker�s hole, and hole in one insurance.

� Also there will be a one off entry cost of �7; this is to go towards the tour prizes.

Prizes

� As mentioned earlier, each event will have some wonderful prizes for the winners etc.

� The winner of each event will win one of: a Brand New Wedge, Putter or Driver.

� The winner will also win the individual event trophy.

� The winner will also win the individual event winners Polo Shirt with the event details embroidered on. This will be posted to your home address in your size.

� The runner up of each event will win some Brand New Golf Balls and also a Runners up Trophy.

� Also each event will have a trophy for the nearest the pin winner.

� There will be an annual trophy awarded to the overall tour champion and a prize such as a new golf bag or equivalent. Plus prizes and trophies for the Runner Up and 3rd place.

Dates of Events and Costs

Saturday 20th October - Mid Yorkshire Golf Club, 1st tee time is 1.16pm. Cost will be �32 which includes 18 holes, a meal afterwards, fantastic prizes, tour event winners polo shirt, entry into the bankers hole and if you get a hole in one the society will cover the cost of the round of drinks.

Again as said, you are welcome to play all or just on event, all events have excellent prizes to be won on the day. I will post the other dates asap when they are confirmed.
