Topping the ball

In the last couple of rounds i've found i've been topping the ball when using my hybrids and 3 wood off the fairway; been fine with tee shots and with other clubs, in fact i've been striking as well as i ever have done with my irons.

I think the usual issue is head movement but wondered if there could be anything else to it?

nothing else to it ..... it's got to be head movement !
