Site updates - August 2007 (part 1 course section)

You may have seen that we have now implemented a new course section with updated course information. This includes the following updates :

Location/regional navigation system introduced to allow navigation of courses
Location/regional system allows for editorial content
All UK course data cleansed and at 95% completion
Improved course view page with map, reviews and relevant links
Improved course searching
Fixed and improved course location search based on address/postal code with interactive map
Course favourites udpated to be based on club and not scorecards
Round wizard updated to allows selction of club/course and then the relevant scorecar
Course wizard updated to improved search functionality to hopefully stop duplicates
Revised and updated navigation system
Search engine friendly URL's

Very soon we will be updating the system to add international course data and cleansing the scorecard data held on the system.
