Golf is difficult enough without making it more difficult.

I have coached golf for over 15 years with Mitchell Spearman and Scott Cranfieldand as a golf instructor we are always trying to improve our coaching techniques.

Have you considered this important factor before setting to work on your game??

1. Mis-conception or not considering the importance of impact/strike and club head bounce.

A more comprehensive understanding will have an instant impact on your consistency and game development.

Looking at his prices I am surprised he did not coach himself to be good enough to play on tour.

I have been looking to have some lessons myself, and have to agree with John bit pricey.

Good Evening Gentlemen

Dave,

Agreed this form of coaching will never replace the hands on golf lesson with a pro, which is the coaching that i give every day but it is an alternative for those that  want to learn more about there own swing and would like some assistance but for what ever reason don't want to spend the time with a pro.

The online coaching program gives you analysis similar to that you may watch on the sky channel of an evening. It is an opportunity for me to look at your swing and give you guidance rather than trying to work it out on your own or base your changes on your fellow golfers suggestions.

The program you receive from me will give you the correct analysis and a practice plan including drills to work on to get better.

ps. Left handers - Watch the golf tonight at pebble - Phil is playing great.

Should of been a tour pro

John and Darren

Thanks for your comments - true I wasn't good enough for the tour but  as you know the best players in the world still need quality golf Pro's that have a real passion for what they are doing, and yes it does come at a 'price' but there are always cheaper options.

There are very different levels of service out there and you often get what you pay for.

Thanks Ben

You may be an excellent coach, Ben, but I was never able to earn that kind of money in my working days and I just cannot relate to it.

All I will say is that those who have come to me for help have all reduced their handicaps, maybe because I am free.

Ben, I wish you every success in achieving a breakthrough in the quality of coaching, as it has not had a very good reputation over the years, mainly because of many clubs employing assistants in the process of doing the PGA course to become qualified, yet they, themselves just do not have a clue about how to coach someone.

I used to queue up in the car park at Hainault at the week-ends at 4.00 o'clock in the morning in the early sixties, just to get ones name down for a game, so I do know what wonderful facilities you must have there now, as well as a large market to choose from.

The days of  having to get up to the course at 4am aren't the case anymore but it is still pretty busy, Enjoyed the chat and pleased that you are helping the common cause, improving the state of UK golf.

If you are in the Hainault area please feel free to drop in.

You have a strong contingent of Golfshakers in Essex, so I am quite sure that they will now know where to go for some good instruction. Myself, I live in Berkshire now and pensions do not stretch to elite coaching I'm afraid.
