Hessle Golf Club
Westfield Road, Raywell, Cottingham, East Yorkshire, HU16 5YL United Kingdom
While Hessle is quite a long course at 6,608 yards, it’s fairly easy for walking due to the terrain being reasonably flat. There have been several developments to the course over the years, including a new lake between the fifth and sixth hole, which may cause problems to golfers who have a tendency to slice their tee shots. A second lake has also been formed at the par 3 sixteenth hole which requires both length and accuracy to make the green in one.

Very well maintained course with good greens. A good knock and then you can have some fantastic fish and chips in the clubhouse. Lush!

The hardest greens I've played in the area! Pin positions and course management play a big part in a good or bad score!

A well laid out and presented course set in the heart of the East Yorkshire countryside. Stunning scenery with fairways that offer plenty of scope but with plenty of hazards waiting to trap the unwary. The club-house and facilities are excellent as are the staff. Visitors Green Fees represent good value to play such a quality course - sadly though, neither 2 Fore 1's nor Greenfrees are accepted.
