Ingon Manor Golf Club
The 18 hole par 72 championship golf course, at 6575 yards and with its full irrigation systems and USGA specification greens, is open all the year round. It has been designed to test all standards of golfers with a variety of challenging holes. The par 3 17th hole deserves a special mention - known as the signature hole it is 203 yards over water.
Particular care has been taken to maintain the natural beauty of the Welcombe Hills. The planting of more than 50,000 trees and the use of lakes have helped to create areas that are ecologically friendly.

Nice, but a bit pricey. Only viable (cost-wise) for us because we had a special weekend deal inc. accomodation etc. Therfore, for us it was good value - but wouldn't be otherwise at £40 per round.

Great value for money via tee off times. Nice course, interesting holes. Little bit hilly in parts but that adds to the flavour I feel. Greens in great condition (even through out Jan 2011).

More of a physical test than you give it credit for. Course in good condition, nicely cut fairways, greens were fast and quite testing. Some of the bunkers could have done with a bit more sand in, but all round a nice course. Some very interesting shots to play from elevated tees or to elevated greens. Would play again without a doubt. £40 at a weekend probably a bit ambitious, but takes 2 fore 1 vouchers, definitely good value for 20 quid!

Proper golf course with some very interesting holes, especially the par 3's. Fairways cut very short and greens absolutely immaculate considering the excuses other courses local to this one are making about the terrible winter. Members very welcoming and knowledgable about slow play and playing people through etc, something you don't get anywhere else other than on a private course. Turned up with a couple of members midweek early morning and when I asked the pro how much it was for a round he refused to take any money off me and just told me to go out there and enjoy myself! You can't beat that!

A great course in excellent condition, with lovely views at the top of some tee's and greens higher up, a buggy is reccomended because its up and down on quite a few holes, and we got a discount on the buggy which was a nice bonus, plus 2 for 1 voucher made this an affordable and enjoyable weekend in stratford-upon-avon.
