Scoonie Golf Club is situated in the seaside town of Leven in the Kingdom of Fife. It is a picturesque parkland course about 15 miles from the famous Old Course in St. Andrews and enjoys panoramic views to the north over farmland and hills and to the south over the beautiful Forth estuary .
Originally opened as a 9 hole course it has been extended over the years to the present layout of 18 holes which provide sufficient challenges to maintain the interest of low handicap golfers whilst remaining within the capabilities of the higher handicappers.

Excellent value for money course. Well groomed. club house friendly and offering basic facilities.

This is a short course that on your own you could hit round in 2.5 hours. The course it's self is nice enough but as it's a council run course the facilities are minimal. 15 years ago I would have scored this course alot higher but right now the price of a round is not any cheaper that alot of private park land courses in the area of fife that i live in.
