British Airways and Sandals Link Up to Host Amateur Golf Tournament.  Play your way to 5 star luxuries in the British Airways Pairs Championship in association with Sandals.

This summer welcomes the launch of the ‘British Airways Pairs Championship in Association with Sandals’, an exciting new amateur golf competition that marries two of life’s great joys, travel and golf.

Hosted at some of the UK’s most premier qualifying venues, the event is supported by the world’s biggest brands including British Airways, Sandals Resorts, The Bahamas Tourist Office, TAG Heuer, Cleveland Golf, Srixon Sports, Nikon Golf, The Daily Telegraph, SkySports.com and Golf Monthly.

The ‘Best 1 from 2 scores’ handicap tournament will see one winning pair from each of five UK events progress through to the final held at five star resort, Sandals Emerald Bay in Great Exuma, the Bahamas in January 2012. The prize includes flights with British Airways, transfers, luxurious accommodation, golf, unlimited gourmet food and drinks at the resort’s wide range of restaurants and bars and, of course, the two-round grand final, where the eventual winners will be crowned as champions of the event.
