Posted by: user16742 | Thu 2nd Aug 2007 22:39 | Last Reply

Been playing well, by my standeds and got the ball going straightish. Just finished the rabits over 14 holes tonight and got 20points 8 in the outward 9 and 12 on the way back, and i did some awful shots topped a few and duffed a few chips. but i didnt come last. Now they have entered me into the medel on saturday morning. excied but nervous about it as its my first real compertition, what will it be like? what should i expect, and what do i do if it all starts to go wrong?

You will be fine Matt. I know a lad called Austin Stonehouse who plays the rabbits - he is playing in your medal.

You may find there are a few playing from the rabbits.

Chance to make more friends and see different styles etc etc - just relax mate and enjoy.

Oh and don't worry about "the loop".

Argh "the loop"

Why did I mention "the loop"..........................

Better to have played and lost, than to have never played at all.
