Which courses are Open - let others know

I'm sure a lot of us are itching to get out on the course and if like me your are North of the Watford Gap the courses that are open are few and far between.  But some of us still need our golfing fix so to help everyone out what courses are currently open even if on temp greens around the UK ?

Either post here or edit the course information and update the status field if you have any updates on your local courses.

Hopefully this will help those die hard golfers looking to get out and hit a little white ball.

according to their website Willow Valley (nr M62) has parts of the complex open with possibly the main course tomorrow.

had an email from westmidlands golf club yesterday... 

GOLF - We are open! With the temperatures starting to pick up, we are hoping that the greens will be open tomorrow so give us a call to make your booking for the weekend.  However if you pay full price to play on temporary greens for your round then we will give you a complimentary round within the next month. 

not sure if its just an offer for the weekend or longer/

i am playing at whitefields golf club, draycote water, tomorrow hopefully on a full length course, i'll find out when i get there

Brickhampton Court Golf Complex  -   Gloucester -  Open

Morley Hayes in Derbyshire is open but, as we found out a couple of weeks ago, they don't do winter rates. I guess that means they'll be asking £28 for golf in the mud!

leeds golf centre is open

Ramsdale Park Golf Course is open in Nottingham and so is the World Famous Doncaster Town Moor Golf Course.

Beacon Park Golf Club, Upholland, Lancashire. Open with full greens and only temporary tee's on par 3's

After a good day and night of thawing I'd say most courses are open now.
