Penalised for trying to impose incorrect rule ?

Posted by: user53837 [FORUM MODERATOR] | Thu 2nd Dec 2010 08:52 | Last Reply

This is an interesting article from the independent: http://www.independent.co.uk/sport/golf/the-hacker-rule-bullies-should-stay-cool-and-pies-must-be-kept
-warm-2139834.html

How many times have we had someone try and impose what they believe is the rule when they are in fact wrong ?

The threat that they would be penalised for getting the rules wrong might dissuade rule bullies from laying down what they think is the law.
