damaged clubs

Posted by: user325019 | Mon 2nd Aug 2010 21:58 | Last Reply

i currently use Mizuno mp57 irons and have been more than happy with them for the past 18 months. they have started to show signs of the usual 'wear and tear' but on the 4 & 6 iron particularly, i have noticed that there are a couple of chunks missing from the sole of the club (probably from hitting stones/foreign objects)can anybody advise me where i would be able to get my irons refurbished/repaired.                &nb
sp;      i have done some research but not many companies are willing to work on the clubs due to them being forged irons and the ones that will, are trying to charge a small fortune (it'd be cheaper to buy a brand new iron itself !!!!!!!!!!!!!!)                 &nb
sp;     many thanks for any advice given
