consistancy

my problem at the momment in time is that on the range i can hit the ball really well consistantly then when i get out on the course the consistancy is rubish and i cannot figrue out why this is any help?

Different game altogether out on the course Alex isn't it, we are all cat 1 on the range mats. Lots of different lies on the course, up hill, side hill, ball above feet, in the rough and we don't hit the same club twice in a row on the course either. If you have a grass range where you could hit off the cut and prepared should help a little. Some of us never become consistant, ever. 

Not wanting to thread hi jack Steve but I can tell you my bad shot without thinking - its a fat shot....
