Thought Of The Day (12/11/09)
Experiencing movement is the only door to learning movement. Experience cannot be gained from a book, or from someone else's "how to do" it list. We must first experience effective movements to develop movement patterns that are considered workable. From tying ones shoes to writing, when we move (correctly or incorrectly) that motion was a trained pattern of motion. While learning is natural, this does not ensure we will train a correct motion. Do not focus on "how to", focus on "what to", and realize desired ball flight tells "what to do".
