Hello all,

New to golfshake.com and am just having a good luck around the site.

Just thought i would pop in and say hello.

I have my last 2 rounds to upload shortly, one at the abbey golf and country hotel in redditch and the other at west midlands golf club.

It's a great site and i'm looking forward to using it more.

 Cheers

Hi Paul, welcome aboard.  There's lots of players in the West Mids, including myself, who will always meet up with you for a game.  Paul Williams in particular is a Martini golfer - anytime, any place, anyone!

If you want to meet up with a bunch of us in one go, there's two friendly comps at West Mids Golf Club in July.  One is the Golfshake Open Qualifier, organised by myself and Paul Williams on Sun 12 July.  If you fancy joining us then look at the link below.

Alternatively, if you are a 24+ handicapper, there's a High Handicap competition being held there on Sun 5 July and being run by Andy Edwards.  Click on the link below if you fancy that.

If you don't fancy either of them or would just like a firendly game int he area, I'm sure that many of the local golfers will be willing to link up with you.

Wayne and Chris, thanks for the welcomes.

I have just being looking at the west mids comp and i would love to get involved.

I will see what shift im working that wknd and see what i can do.

Out of all the courses i have played this year, west mids is my favourite, have only played it once but had a half decent round and really enjoyed the course.

Paul,

I'm afraid i can't play a round of golf with you.

You are a wolves fan, i am a bluenose ha ha

Apart from that, i have checked my shifts for the date and i am working unfortunately.

It sounds like a great day though.

Maybe we can play a round sometime.

I have noticed you play hatchford brook quite alot, i used to play it every week years ago but havn't done for a while.

It's round the corner from me so maybe a possibility.
